The Staffing Resource Group (SRG) develops deep relationships with their job candidates and employers, allowing SRG to understand their needs and find the perfect fit. With six divisions within our Tampa, FL headquarters, we are able to support the entire United States and even our defense partners in OCONUS work. SRG partners with companies searching for the right candidates, and with jobseekers looking for the right position to SuRGe their career forward.

Britt Massing
Owner and Founder
Britt Massing is responsible for the day-to-day operations of SRG. With over 15 years of experience in the professional consulting and recruiting industry, Massing saw the infinite opportunities and growth potential of the company when he merged with SRG in 2009. Massing has a strategic vision for growing the company’s medical and life sciences division.
Matt Spanke
Owner and Founder
Matt Spanke directs business operations focused on clients in niche industries such as the Department of Defense and Engineering. With more than 15 years of experience in the recruiting and management fields, Spanke brings leadership and a solid track record for growing annual revenue and increasing sales.

Chris Elam
Chief Executive Officer
Chris Elam provides leadership for all aspects of SRG’s operations with an emphasis on helping the team achieve its long-term goals. Chris started with SRG in 2014, previously serving as CFO. In addition to profitable growth, Chris believes that SRG’s true success is measured by the number of opportunities SRG can create for its employees and clients.
Kim Connors
Chief Operating Officer
Kim has a proven track record of creating operational excellence initiatives and managing to customer metrics within the staffing industry. Her most notable accomplishments are building and delivering high-performance talent acquisition results, specializing in end-to-end solutions through the sourcing, recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, and engagement of human capital.
Janeen Miller
VP Life Sciences
With over 15 years at SRG, Janeen Miller is the Vice President of Life Sciences. She is the SME when it comes to working hand and hand with start-up, mid-size, and Fortune 100 Life Science related companies. She’s responsible for managing all client relations, providing up to date industry and market data, strategic partnering opportunities with a consultative approach. She ensures top notch service is provided to our clients, consultants, internal employees and vendors.
Jimmy Bashor
VP Government Services
Jimmy Bashor is an experienced sales professional that has been with SRG since 2013. Jimmy takes pride in providing the best solutions for SRG’s clients, while providing unparalleled, personalized service. His passion is meeting new people and growing the SRG team and brand.
Jeff Wombacher
Director of Finance
Jeff Wombacher joined SRG in 2021 after 8+ years of experience working in public accounting. Jeff is a CPA with a background working with both privately held and publicly traded entities in various industries. He is responsible for all financial reporting and analysis, compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, and effectively managing all aspects of the billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions at SRG. Jeff believes that SRG’s emphasis on integrity, transparency, and effective communication with both internal and external clients distinguishes SRG in the marketplace and positions the company well for continued long-term success.
Sharon Burgess
SVP Business Development Scientific & Government
Sharon Burgess, with over 25 years in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences Industry, is a highly qualified executive focused on strategy and execution of top line growth and new business development. Her leadership guides the SRG Scientific and Government Services Divisions by offering outstanding sales, marketing and operations experience with key markets in the pharmaceutical and government services industries. She brings a proven track record in establishing, maintaining and growing relationships and is accomplished at negotiating solutions-driven, large-scale contracts with executive management of major corporations and government contracting organizations.
Rich Wheeler
EVP Strategy, Growth & Development
Rich Wheeler joined the SRG Team in 2021. Rich is a career veteran of the United States Army Special Forces and has excelled in director-level operations and sales roles for large and small businesses in the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and OGA contracting industry. Wheeler drives innovative growth strategies via servant leadership and an extensive network to build revenue and increase sales in current, new, and emerging markets.

Arielle Richardson
Senior Manager Talent Experience
With notable certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as Veteran’s in the workplace. Arielle Richardson is a passionate and driven back-office manager. Having had over 10 years of active experience both domestic and internationally as a payroll professional. Arielle is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to develop and advance.
Adam Cosgrove
Account Executive Government Services
Adam joined SRG in 2018 as a Technical Recruiter and has served as an Account Executive since January 2020. Mr. Cosgrove is mission driven and thrives in a competitive atmosphere ensuring unprecedented service to clients, candidates, and end customers. He is passionate about serving his team, process improvement, and results driven success. As an Account Executive, Adam enjoys fostering sincere relationships with clients having scope of responsibilities spanning internationally within the Federal, Defense, and Intelligence Community. Adam is also currently a Board Member/Program Director for “For The Children”, a group dedicated to sharing & teaching belonging, safety, and dignity for Foster Children.
Bennie Mosley
Program Manager – VMS
Bennie brings over 20 years of Staffing and Recruiting experience with proven success that include On-Site Vendor Management. Along with managing and supporting our VMS and RPO client relationships, Bennie monitors Recruiter performance to ensure that contract terms and conditions are being met and exceeding our customer expectations. His professional moto is “Success usually comes to those who are too busy to be looking for it.”
Leah Clark
Senior Manager Recruiting & Training
Leah Clark manages all aspects of SRG’s recruiting and training with an emphasis on developing recruiting strategies and driving continuous process improvements. With over 5 years of operational leadership experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Leah brings a solid track record for growing year over year revenue and service delivery.
Brian Toale
Account Executive Life Sciences & Commercial
Brian is a seasoned Account Executive with over 13 years of experience within the recruiting and staffing industry. His industry specialties include Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Consumer Electronics, Engineering, and DoD with customized support on all sides of the house to include Account Management, Recruiting and Sales. Brian’s current portfolio of business includes both local clients with single locations and national clients with locations across the country. Brian joined SRG in 2020 after spending 8 years overseas in Italy and Japan. Brian is a Florida native who grew up in Sarasota, went to College at FSU, and started his career in staffing in Tampa.
